Project Events	1-15.10.2023	*Official documents  of the Project will be sent by Italy (coordinator country)  to all partners (Italy) *Partnership agreement will be done with all partners. *The approval of the project will be announced on the official websites of all partner schools (all partner schools) *Setting up local Project management teams (4 classroom teachers,1 English teacher and 1 school counselor )(all partner schools)   *4-5 classrooms including at least 100 students will be selected in each school to apply the Project activities.( all partner schools)   *General information meeting will be held for the students and parents about the project by the teachers in the project management team.   *Logo competition for the Project will be held.(all partner schools)   *The coordinator school ,Italy will launch an e-twinning Project with the same title and topic and all Project partners will join it.(all partner schools)   *An Instagram page will be set up jointly with the administration  of Spain  to share Project avtivities. 	16-31.10.2023	*Awareness preliminary questionnaire prepared with the partners  in accordance with the expected outcomes of the Project  will be applied to the participants and their knowledge levels will be measured. At the end of the project, the final questionnaire will be compared with the preliminary questionnaire and the progress of the participants will be determined and recorded. These results will be used as data during dissemination activities. ( all partner schools)   *School Anti Bullying Teams will be set up by each partner school by the school counselor. 3 students will be selected from each grade. (1st,2nd,3rd and 4th grades) (all partner schools) School counselors of each partner school will be responsible for building anti bullying teams choosing 3 students from each grade. (1st, 2nd ,3rd and 4th grades)These students will work, be responsible for detecting bullying making friendship patrol during the breaks.They will report to the teacher on duty as soon as they detect. Out of 12 students , 4 of them will be chosen by the school counselor to be the members of a mediator committee.They will be trained by the school counselor on conflict resolution and work with the supervision of him/her. This committee will work as mediator for the students who bully each other with the supervision of school counselor. They will perform a role play about bullying and how to perform an intervention.   *A Game Team consisting of 15 students among each partner school students will be built for the invention of new games with the supervision of a classroom teacher from the Project  team. They will do a workshop during the mobility. Before the workshop, they will prepare themselves by doing the tasks given by the classroom teachers of the project team. Project events	1-26.11.2023	*Romania will give information about inclusion and bullying, conflict resolution through a webinar by Zoom before the 1st mobility and start to  prepare a handbook of conflict resolution.   *All partners will prepare a map of Europe for the entrance of their schools, using the flags of the partner countries to paint the parts of the partner countries. Identifying symbols of the partner countries will also be displayed on the map. Erasmus + board will be prepared in schools. These panels will provide information about the partner schools and the activities of the project will be announced on these panels. The prepared boards will be updated regularly and the pICTure information of all activities will be displayed on the boards. From the very beginning of the project, all partners will announce the acceptance news of the project through their social media accounts and the media channels of the project   *Project Management Meeting over Zoom before the first transnational meeting in (Italy)  (all partner schools)   Prior to the first transnational  LTT activity in Italy , participants will be provided with detailed information about the country's culture, lifestyle, climate, transportation times, and will be prepared in advance for the conditions and “Expectation and Attitude” questionnaire will be applied.
Short-term exchanges of groups of pupils.C1   (First Steps Through Respect)	26-30.11.2023	1st Transnational Meeting In Italy.   (First Steps Through Respect)   Monday (26.11.2023) welcoming/school presentation ,project meeting, Introduction of partner schools,countries.Outdoor/Indoor games for knowing each other. Tuesday (27.11.2023) Participation in the lessons prepared by the host country. Teachers will observe the lessons of four different classrooms. Workshop with all the guest students and students from the host country and teachers for inclusive cardboard game Wednesday (28.11.2023)  Video presentation of lessons with the games of inclusion of each partner school prepared before the visit.Students will play the presented games with all beneficiaries..Parent/Grandmother -student meeting for workshop on traditional games which will make the students make new friends. Workshop of Game Team of students for the invention of a new inclusion cardboard game. Thursday (29.11.2023) Study visits to the historical and cultural places of the city. While visiting students will play a game about the history of the host country and the city. A role play will be organized with the supervision of School Counselor about bullying and intervention with students and how to meet new friends. Friday.(30/11/2023 ) Closing the meeting,evaluation of the activities, questionnaires for the evaluation of the visit and the activities,planning the next Project activities. *If the school counselor is absent that day, another teacher from the project of host country will run the activities instead of him/her. *PE,English, Extracurricular Activity lessons will be observed and during these lessons inclusion games will be played. *Each country will present 1 inclusion game on Wednesday. 25 students (16 host from country and 9 students from visiting country)with the supervision of teachers of the project team. *on Tuesday during the workshop at least 3 games will be learnt.

Within the scope of adaptation to the school, the new students will be taught games by other students participating in the activities and will be able to recognize the Project.

Necessary precautions will be taken to make the team more efficient.   *Romania will give information about the affects of inclusion games and antibullying team on peer bullying at schools through Zoom to all partner schools.   *An overall  survey will be prepared  by all partner schools about the frequency of bullying and in accordance with the expected  outcomes of the Project in each school. The results will be compared to the education year (2022-2023) and (2023-24 ) The progress will be determined.   *Interviews will be done with the students and teachers to be included in the final report.   An overall report will be prepared about the results of the survey with the supervision of the coordinator country; Italy.   An online Project meeting with the partners will provide an overall assessment of the Project and inform the school principals and prepare a final report and submit to the National Agency.
